Details of the incident reveal that on August 2, Efron was at a villa in Ibiza when he experienced a "minor swimming incident" in the pool. He was promptly taken to the hospital as a precaution and discharged the following morning. Prior to this, Efron was seen on stage with DJ Martin Garrix during his show at the Ushuaia Ibiza Hotel and Beach Club. A video posted by Garrix's fans on social media shows Efron joining Garrix on stage and dancing with him.
