Zach Bryan has finally received some positive news. The 28-year-old country singer will not face charges related to his arrest for obstruction last year.
Michelle Lowry, a spokesperson for the Craig County, Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office, informed TMZ on Thursday that prosecutors agreed in May to defer filing charges against Bryan for a period of six months. Since then, prosecutors believe Bryan has remained out of trouble and have decided to drop the case entirely.
