Sanctuary, a division of Summit Group, has revealed that Zaid Al Rawi has been appointed as the Managing Director for the Middle East. Based in the United Arab Emirates, Zaid will collaborate with the top management to foster business expansion and fulfill the company's strategic goals. With a 25-year tenure in the financial services sector, Zaid commenced his career in 1999 at Merrill Lynch in London, where he provided advisory services to Middle Eastern family offices on investment and structuring. In 2006, he moved to Dubai to serve as the Sales Director for Barclays Wealth across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. Since 2013, Zaid has been engaged in private equity and real estate, guiding investors in the GCC. He most recently held the position of Managing Director, MENA at M7 Real Estate and subsequently at Martley Capital, where he remains an advisor. Zaid has been involved in various governance, advisory, and project roles with Sanctuary since its establishment in 2019. He expressed, "I am excited to begin my new position at Sanctuary.
