Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed deep disappointment on Tuesday over Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Russia, which occurred simultaneously with a lethal Russian attack on a children's hospital in Kyiv.
"It is profoundly disheartening and a severe setback to peace initiatives to witness the leader of the world's largest democracy embrace the world's most heinous criminal in Moscow on such a day," Zelensky stated in a social media post.
