Zoho Corp., a prominent global technology firm, revealed on Tuesday that it has allocated Dh46 million towards strategic collaborations with both public and private entities in the UAE. This investment has significantly accelerated the digital transformation efforts of over 7,000 UAE businesses, marking a twofold increase since 2022.

During a press briefing at GITEX, the company introduced Zoho IoT, a user-friendly, scalable low-code platform designed to facilitate the creation and deployment of bespoke Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Zoho's strategic alliances with local government bodies have enabled UAE businesses to enhance their digital transformation initiatives and secure a competitive advantage. By offering access to wallet credits and reskilling programs, Zoho has equipped businesses across various sectors, including IT hardware and services, real estate, construction, retail, transportation, and logistics, with the necessary tools and resources to leverage its innovative solutions.

Zoho's flagship offerings, such as Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Workplace, Zoho CRM Plus, and Zoho People, have garnered significant popularity among UAE businesses, achieving a notable 57% conversion rate. Furthermore, Zoho has invested in reskilling initiatives through collaborations with Middlesex University Dubai, Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, and Manipal Academy of Higher Education - Dubai, ensuring that young professionals entering the workforce possess the requisite digital skills.

Zoho IoT, launched in the UAE on Tuesday, offers industry-specific solutions that can either be pre-built or customized to integrate with other infrastructures, catering to the unique needs of businesses. Its compatibility with third-party hardware ensures smooth integration into existing systems, enabling rapid scaling.
