A 22-year-old grocery delivery boy has been awarded Dh5 million in compensation following a car accident that left him paralyzed.
According to his legal representatives, this landmark judgment will assist the man in continuing his treatment to potentially regain some of his lost abilities. Shifin Ummer Kummali sustained 100% paralysis as a result of the accident. A Dubai court granted the compensation last month, and the funds were handed over to Shifin’s parents during a conference on Monday.
