Abu Dhabi residents will face a temporary suspension of ADDC services for paying their electricity and water bills, lasting for 24 hours. Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, a prominent utilities provider in the emirate, has announced that its website and call center services will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

In an official statement, the company mentioned that its services will be undergoing maintenance, and as a result, residents will be unable to utilize these services from 8 PM on Friday, December 13, until 8 PM on Saturday, December 14. The statement reassured residents that water and electricity supply will remain unaffected and continue as usual.

Additionally, the authority emphasized that during this maintenance period, they will only handle emergency incidents related to electricity through the number 991 and water-related emergencies through 992.
