Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, a Member of the Supreme Council and the Ruler of Ajman, has directed the allocation of Dh5 million for fishermen associated with the Ajman Fishermen’s Association during Eid Al Adha. This contribution serves not only as financial aid but also as a source of encouragement, aiming to inspire citizens to explore the fishing industry by tackling the issues and difficulties encountered by fishermen. The grant is a move to eliminate barriers impeding their advancement, ensuring a respectable livelihood for them and their families. Ahmed Ibrahim Rashid Al Ghamlasi, the Head of the Office of the Crown Prince of Ajman and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Fishermen’s Association, conveyed heartfelt congratulations and blessings to the Ruler of Ajman and Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, on the joyous occasion of Eid Al Adha. On behalf of the association, Ahmed Ibrahim also expressed profound thanks and appreciation to the leaders for their unwavering support and care for the fishing community, instrumental in preserving and enhancing the fish resources in the emirate. Al Ghamlasi emphasized the joy of the association's Board of Directors and all Ajman fishermen for this timely donation, which, coinciding with a significant religious event, amplified their joy. He noted that this support underscores the leadership’s compassion and comprehension of community needs, in line with the association’s objectives to promote and foster the fishing profession, guided by the leadership's commitment to preserve and pass on the heritage to future generations.
