Azizi Developments has disclosed the height of Burj Azizi, situated on a prominent plot along Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road. At 725 meters tall, it ranks as the world's second tallest building. The skyscraper, featuring over 131 floors, will enhance Dubai's skyline. Sales are slated to commence in February 2025, with completion expected by 2028. Burj Azizi will house a distinctive all-suite seven-star hotel, inspired by seven cultural themes, along with various residential options such as penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. Amenities will include wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, a children's play area, and more.
As the sole freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi will be a testament to engineering and design excellence. The tower will feature a vertical retail center spanning seven floors, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. It will also include a unique observation deck and an adrenaline zone.
