Here’s a glimpse at some exciting things to do at this Abu Dhabi museum, which is surrounded by water and resembles an artist’s masterpiece.
Paddle your way past in a catamaran: Embark on an unforgettable voyage on the Arabian Sea with an electric catamaran ride. As you set sail, the rooftop of the catamaran transforms into a mini exhibition. Marvel at stunning artworks displayed against the backdrop of the shimmering sea, including 'Embarkation of the Emperor, Suruga Satta Kaijo,' and 'Map of the World.' This ride is available from 10am to 10pm, with prices starting at Dh210.
Go kayaking around the museum: While you might have heard of moonlight yoga, have you tried a moonlight kayak ride? Whether you prefer to circle the surroundings during the day or under the starry skies, the Louvre has you covered. Kayaking sessions are available from Tuesday to Sunday at 5.30pm, with prices starting at Dh126.
Winter Film Screenings: Have you caught film fever yet? Experience a variety of movies, from Emirati cinema to classic space adventures. The screenings take place under the Dome, with free seating but limited spaces, so hurry over. Immerse yourself in art: Discover a new way to experience art through projection. The museum will be showcasing masterpieces from the Post-Impressionist era, including works by Van Gogh, Cézanne, Gauguin, and more, until February 9, 2025.
