Kim Zolciak has accused her former partner, Kroy Biermann, of physically assaulting her during a heated argument in front of their children just one day before Thanksgiving. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, officers from the Milton Police Department responded to a domestic violence call at their shared home in Georgia on Wednesday, November 27.

The 46-year-old former star of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," who is currently embroiled in a contentious divorce with Biermann, claimed that her ex-husband, 39, threw her to the ground after forcibly removing her from a ladder while she was taking down curtains in their mansion.

Zolciak reportedly informed the officers that she sustained injuries during the alleged altercation but declined to provide any evidence of physical harm to the first responders. Biermann, a former NFL player for the Atlanta Falcons, alleged that his estranged wife struck him in the face and accused her of instigating the fight.

The incident reportedly occurred in front of some of their children. Zolciak and Biermann share four children: KJ, 13, Kash, 12, and 11-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann also adopted Zolciak's daughters, Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, from a previous relationship.

Two of their children spoke to the authorities about the incident but were not named in the report. One child stated that Zolciak fell from the ladder and landed on top of Biermann during the altercation. The other child mentioned that Biermann was initially removing the curtains, which upset Zolciak, prompting her to take matters into her own hands.

While one child said they were not instructed on what to say to the authorities and were encouraged by Biermann to be truthful, the other child claimed they did not witness the fight but overheard the disagreement. No arrests were made as the investigators could not determine which party was the "primary aggressor."

The Post has contacted Zolciak's representative for comment. Police have responded to multiple calls made by the former couple during their tumultuous split. They initially filed for divorce in May 2023, but after a brief reconciliation, Biermann refiled for divorce just weeks later. Zolciak and Biermann's divorce is still ongoing, with disputes over finances, custody of the children, and more.

The couple met in May 2010 and welcomed their first child together a year later. Biermann proposed in October 2011, and they married a month later. Following their November wedding, Zolciak and Biermann starred alongside their family in Bravo's reality show "Don't Be Tardy," which ended in 2020.
