Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a Dh1.8 billion contract for the construction of the exclusive residential tower, Como Residences, on Palm Jumeirah to ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC. Slated for completion in Q2 2028, the 75-storey tower will rise over 300 metres and feature only 81 residences, ranging from two- to seven-bedroom apartments, including a duplex penthouse. Each floor will accommodate a maximum of two apartments. Residents will enjoy a 180-degree view of the sea and skyline, with apartments from level 23 upwards offering a remarkable 360-degree panoramic view of landmarks such as Jumeirah Burj Al Arab to the east and Ain Dubai to the west.
"Nakheel has a distinguished history of delivering iconic projects like Palm Jumeirah that reshape Dubai’s skyline," stated Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate. "Como Residences continues this tradition, underscoring our dedication to creating world-class destinations. This project is not just another residential development; it symbolizes Dubai’s ambition and sets a new benchmark for waterfront luxury. With its exclusive selection of high-end residences, stunning views, and exceptional amenities, Como Residences will reinforce Dubai’s status as a global real estate leader."
Barry Lewis, CEO of ALEC Engineering & Contracting, commented: "Como Residences is set to be the epitome of urban living, with its meticulously designed amenities and luxurious finishes that will rival even the most opulent properties. We are honored that Dubai Holding Real Estate has entrusted us with this iconic project. Given our track record of successfully executing some of the region’s most ambitious projects, we are confident in our ability to deliver a tower that will further enhance Dubai’s already renowned cityscape."
A distinctive aspect of Como Residences is its series of elevated private sandy beaches, with most levels of the residences offering both communal and private pools.
