Nintendo is expanding its Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service with two more classic games next week. F-Zero: GP Legend and F-Zero Climax will be added to the Game Boy Advance library on October 11.

Originally launched in 2003 and 2004, respectively, GP Legend and Climax are the last two F-Zero games released for the Game Boy Advance. GP Legend includes a story mode and a diverse roster of racers, in addition to the standard Grand Prix and Time Attack modes. Meanwhile, F-Zero Climax, which has never been localized before, will be available outside of Japan for the first time. It features a course editor and marks the final new installment in the series.

Both games will be accessible through the Nintendo Switch Online's Expansion Pack plan, a premium tier that offers subscribers extra benefits, such as access to classic Nintendo 64 games and certain DLC expansions for some Switch titles. An individual membership costs $50 USD annually, while a family plan, which covers up to eight Nintendo Accounts, costs $80 USD.

In addition to this, F-Zero 99, released in 2023, is getting a free 1.5 update. This update introduces a new Grand Prix league, five extra tracks, and new machine decals. F-Zero 99 is available for free to all Nintendo Switch Online members.
