Lando Norris secured pole position for McLaren at the Singapore Grand Prix on Saturday, with Red Bull's Max Verstappen, the Formula One championship leader, starting alongside him on the front row.
Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton qualified third, with his Mercedes teammate George Russell in fourth place, and McLaren's Oscar Piastri rounding out the top five.
Verstappen currently leads Norris by 59 points with seven races remaining in the season.
