"Wishing Prince George a very happy 11th birthday today!" Kensington Palace posted on X, along with a black and white image of the future king, snapped by his mother, the Princess of Wales. George, the grandson of King Charles, was most recently seen in public on July 14, when he joined his father, Prince William, to witness England's final match in the European soccer championship in Berlin, which ended in a loss to Spain.
This year has been challenging for the British royal family, as both the Princess of Wales and the king are currently receiving treatment for cancer. Despite their health struggles, they have managed to participate in various events over the past few weeks.
