Within the RMS Capital Investment partnership, Reportage Properties holds a 34% stake, while MESA Holding and Sabah Investment Group each hold 33%. The partnership's initial projects are slated for Dubai, Istanbul, and Baku in 2024 and 2025, involving a total investment of USD 600 million. Funding will be sourced from the partners, with central project management coordinated from Dubai.

Mert Boysanoğlu, CEO of MESA Holding, expressed, “MESA has been active in this sector for 55 years, engaging in both investment and production across various sectors. RMS originated as a group focused on global housing investments. Together, we plan to invest around 600 million dollars this year, starting with a project in Dubai, followed by ventures in Turkey and Baku. I am confident that this group will not only operate in these regions but also expand globally.”

Andrea Nucera, Managing Director of Reportage Properties, commented, “Aligning with our goal to become a global real estate leader, we are partnering with major real estate firms like MESA from Turkey and Sabah Investment Group from Azerbaijan to form RMS. We aim to innovate in real estate development through excellence, sustainability, and innovation. As three leading real estate companies, we will expand our potential through the RMS partnership.”

Orkhan Mustafayev, CEO of Sabah Investment Group, noted, “The collaboration between Reportage, MESA, and Sabah marks a significant development for us and the markets we serve. We have cultivated strong client relationships based on trust.
