Sunny Deol celebrated his 67th birthday on the sets of his upcoming film 'Jaat'. Filmmakers such as Raj Kumar Santoshi, Rahul Rawail, and Anil Sharma traveled to Hyderabad to join in the festivities. On Sunday, Deol expressed his gratitude on Instagram, thanking everyone for making his birthday memorable. "It was a #Jaat-tastic Birthday! A big thank you to my amazing colleagues, my Director, Producers, Co-Actors, and crew for this wonderful celebration. @dongopichand @mythriofficial @peoplemediafactory @randeephooda @vineet_ksofficial @reginaacassandraa @doprishipunjabi. Special thanks to my friends @anilsharma_dir #RajKumarSantoshi #RahulRawail @anurag_singh_films for coming all the way to Hyderabad and visiting my set, truly felt special," he shared.
Deol also mentioned the heartwarming gesture by single-screen exhibitors, who traveled from various towns and cities to celebrate with him. "A pleasant surprise was the gesture by the single screen exhibitors (backbone of the film industry) who came from their towns and cities. We reminisced about our long-standing relationship between my films and single screens, and the audiences. It was nostalgic hearing stories from Ghayal, Ghatak, Border, Gadar, and Betaab days, and the craze Indian cinema has had, especially in our towns and non-metro cities. I am truly grateful for you all for taking the time to visit me here and celebrate with me," he added. Deol shared pictures from the birthday celebrations, where actors Randeep Hooda and Vineet Kumar can be seen cheering for him as he cut his birthday cake. On October 19th, the film's first-look poster and the official title, Jaat, were unveiled.
