The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) predicts a mix of fair and partly cloudy conditions for the UAE on Sunday, June 30. Early morning will see low clouds forming over the East Coast, a forecast echoed from Saturday when convective clouds were anticipated over the mountains, possibly leading to rainfall.

Saturday's weather contrasted sharply with the previous day's foggy start, prompting red and yellow fog alerts due to reduced visibility. The NCM warned of further visibility drops in internal areas from 6am to 8.30am. Despite the heat, hail and rain were reported in certain regions, prompting an orange alert for rain and dusty conditions in the east.

Winds are expected to be light to moderate, occasionally strengthening, throughout the day. Temperatures are forecast to peak at 47ºC inland, with Abu Dhabi and Dubai experiencing highs of 43ºC and 42ºC, respectively. The seas in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea are anticipated to be calm.
