Two branded trucks representing the Zayed Charity Run took to the capital's streets starting from Friday, 15 November, offering 100 individuals the opportunity to participate in the annual 'Run for Kindness' without any cost. The vibrant green trucks, traversing around the emirate, are promoting the 23rd edition of the Zayed Charity Run, which is scheduled to be held at Erth, Abu Dhabi, beginning at 7am on Saturday, 23 November. These trucks feature large QR codes that facilitate quick registration for those who manage to spot them. The first 100 people to catch sight of the truck, take a photo, and tag the ZCR Instagram account will secure one complimentary registration for the 3km, 5km, or 10km runs.
This year's Zayed Charity Run caters to all fitness levels, offering a family-friendly 3km route, a 5km course for intermediate runners, and a 10km track for advanced runners. The participation fee for all run categories is set at just Dh57.75, while People of Determination can join the 3km run, wheelchair, or cycling event free of charge.
